15. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the resources required to schedule mobile and online phlebotomy services, we apologize in advance that StageZero Life Sciences, Inc. is NOT able to offer full refunds for tests and appointments*. We can provide a partial refund if you cancel up to three days before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations for tests less than 3 days before your appointment, however, will not be refunded.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule up to 3 days before your scheduled appointment. After this rescheduling cannot be accommodated.
Delays In Test Results
Delays in receiving test results due to shipping or weather issues are outside of our control. We are not responsible for FedEx shipping delays. We are also not responsible for changes in travel plans due to test delays. We do not provide compensation for cancelled flights or hotel fees.
Changes in Travel Policies
We are not responsible for monitoring travel policies for airlines or countries. Entry requirements are updated often, so we recommend checking the most up-to-date information before your trip. This is the sole responsibility of the traveler.
*For health protection reasons, no cancellations of COVID-19 test kits can be accepted after the COVID-19 test kit has shipped and the Product should not be returned.

15. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the resources required to schedule mobile and online phlebotomy services, we apologize in advance that StageZero Life Sciences, Inc. is NOT able to offer full refunds for tests and appointments*. We can provide a partial refund if you cancel up to three days before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations for tests less than 3 days before your appointment, however, will not be refunded.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule up to 3 days before your scheduled appointment. After this rescheduling cannot be accommodated.
Delays In Test Results
Delays in receiving test results due to shipping or weather issues are outside of our control. We are not responsible for FedEx shipping delays. We are also not responsible for changes in travel plans due to test delays. We do not provide compensation for cancelled flights or hotel fees.
Changes in Travel Policies
We are not responsible for monitoring travel policies for airlines or countries. Entry requirements are updated often, so we recommend checking the most up-to-date information before your trip. This is the sole responsibility of the traveler.
*For health protection reasons, no cancellations of COVID-19 test kits can be accepted after the COVID-19 test kit has shipped and the Product should not be returned.
