Do I have new share certificates?
If your shares are already deposited at your broker, the new name and CUSIP will be handled by your broker and there is no action to be taken, it will automatically reflect in your portfolio. It should be noted that it may take approximately 3 to 5 days to take effect.
If you have a paper share certificate with the old name and CUSIP, you may deposit the certificates with a brokerage firm and they will manage the process to deposit the shares into your account. Depositing certificates may take approximately 3 to 5 days.
Are my warrants still valid?
Your warrants are still valid and there is no action to take. You can exercise the warrants directly with the company and or through your broker. There is no need to receive new warrants under the new name.
Can I still trade stocks while the name change is in the process to taking effect?
Yes, you can continue to trade your stock, however, you may be required to call your broker to affect the transaction and that only during the transition period to the new name
Will the stock quotes on all platform be under the new ticker symbol?
The stock ticker symbol may take a few days to be updated on all trading and or financial portals.
