Account Manager (Full Time)
Position Overview:
The Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients. This individual will provide excellent customer service and liaise between clients and the sales team to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions based on customers needs This position also includes enhancing customer retention and building brand loyalty to contribute to the overall sales growth of the organization.

Required Education, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in business or related field and 3 years of account management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and demonstrate flexibility
- Exceptional problem solving, analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent time management, self-starter, driven, and committed to achieving customer satisfaction
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
- Effective listening, proactive planning, good judgment and strong decision-making skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and demonstrate flexibility
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to thrive in a team environment as well as work independently with efficiency, accuracy and professionalism
- Uphold HIPAA compliance
- Regular office attendance (i.e., office attendance is essential to this position)

Essential Functions/Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
- Act as a liaison between the client and sales team to convey information, ensure understanding, and make certain tasks are completed in an accurate and timely manner
- Serve as point of contact for all customer account matters while proactively monitoring timelines and tasks
- Manage inbound/outbound calls related to all general inquiries about the company, our services, current client listings, sales leads and billing questions
- Work closely with sales team to manage and schedule testing for employer groups
- Provide reports on account statuses
- Communicate with phlebotomy groups to schedule blood draws for employer groups
- Manage and send marketing notices, announcements to existing practices
- Maintain and update CRM with information relevant to campaigns and programs
- Respond to and manage emails and web inquiries from customer base
- Identify client needs, develop solutions, and track and monitor issues
- Onboard new practices that have expressed interest in our tests
- Guide physicians and staff on ordering supplies, sending specimens, etc.
- Accept payment for samples through online credit card system
- Track practice sample order history and following up with accounts as necessary
- Document HIPAA violations and entering Quality Incident Reports
- FLSA Status: Full Time, Non-Exempt
- May require some work on nights and weekends
