Holiday Cut-Off Dates for COVID-19 Test Collection

StageZero Life Sciences Lab Will be Closed for Christmas and New Year’s Day. Please note the additional shipping & collection limitations below.

U.S. Customers

In the U.S. There is no shipping available Dec 25, 27 or Jan 1
COVID-19 PCR samples cannot be collected on December 25 or January 1.
COVID-19 Antibody Tests cannot be collected on December 24th or 31st
Samples Collected December 24th will be Reported Sat Dec 26th as long as there are no shipping delays.
Samples Collected December 31st will be Reported Jan 2 as long as there are no shipping delays.
Rural areas are subject to additional delays and restrictions

Canadian Customers

Due to shipping constraints samples cannot be shipped from Canada between December 25th - 28th and Dec 31st – January 1st
Any Canadian shipments sent out on December 24th will not arrive to Richmond, VA until the December 29th or 30th.
We cannot provide antibody testing on Dec 24th.
